Hi there! I’m Lindsay, Founder of Gold & Pink Strategies — an experienced business consultant and strategic leader with 7+ years of experience in consulting and finance serving Fortune 500 companies across various industries. During this time, I uncovered over $10M in cost-saving opportunities, managed the financials for a $600M product portfolio, streamlined operations, and drove data-informed growth for these multi-billion dollar businesses. I hold a Masters in Business Administration from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University — driven by a deep fascination with how businesses operate and how humans are wired and the powerful momentum that happens when you align the two.
Although learning from large businesses was helpful, I always had entrepreneurship in my DNA—three generations of bold, business-building parents, grandparents, and relatives that I gained quite an education from. I grew up watching small businesses thrive on hard work and passion, but also witnessed the bumps, twists, and late-night headaches along the way. That’s where my love for consulting began: helping turn those bumps into smoother paths and creating more ease, clarity, and momentum for businesses. That early exposure gave me both a front-row seat and a backstage pass to the small business world—and I quickly realized that my zone of genius was helping people navigate the messy middle with clarity and confidence.
In business school, though, I hit my own wall — I was struggling with self-doubt and completely overwhelmed. But through that experience, I learned how to rebuild my confidence, reconnect with my purpose, and redefine what success meant to me. That transformation became the spark for Gold & Pink Strategies: I wanted to help other women do the same — to heal their self-image, rediscover their power, and create businesses that align with their soul purpose, just like I did.
