Hi there! I’m Lindsay, Founder of Gold & Pink Strategies — an experienced business consultant and strategic leader with 7+ years of experience in consulting and finance serving Fortune 500 companies across various industries. During this time, I uncovered over $10M in cost-saving opportunities, managed the financials for a $600M product portfolio, streamlined operations, and drove data-informed growth for these multi-billion dollar businesses. I hold a Masters in Business Administration from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University — driven by a deep fascination with how businesses operate and how humans are wired and the powerful momentum that happens when you align the two.
Although learning from large businesses was helpful, I always had entrepreneurship in my DNA—three generations of bold, business-building parents, grandparents, and relatives that I gained quite an education from. I grew up watching small businesses thrive on hard work and passion, but also witnessed the bumps, twists, and late-night headaches along the way. That’s where my love for consulting began: helping turn those bumps into smoother paths and creating more ease, clarity, and momentum for businesses. That early exposure gave me both a front-row seat and a backstage pass to the small business world—and I quickly realized that my zone of genius was helping people navigate the messy middle with clarity and confidence.
Many small businesses start from a concoction of a fabulous idea, not enough time in the day, and a constant nagging in your head and heart asking yourself if you should even launch this and are these bumps in the road too big!? The answer is yes to both and that's a great thing. I started Gold & Pink Strategies to provide a safe space for women in their most vulnerable moments and to encourage them to hold on to their authenticity, even when the business bumps feel overwhelming.
